Liguo Zhang (Lee) is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
Lee has been practicing Chinese medicine for 24 years since he graduated with a Bachelor degree in Acupuncture.
His special interests include sport injury feet and knee pain, headache, neck, shoulder, back pain, sciatica, skin problem and sinus.
Lee also enjoys treating many conditions with naval acupuncture such as feet and men’s health condition. Naval Acupuncture is created in recent twenty years which is underpinned by I-Ching (Yi Jing). Only a few needles are inserted around the umbilicus area.
In the first 9 years after graduated, He used acupuncture to worked with other professionals in the rehabilitation team to assist patients to recover at Chinese hospital. The majority patients Lee treated are serious central nerve problems such as stroke, spinal cord injury caused by accident and other spinal cord diseases, and persistent vegetative state after heavy brain trauma. Lee is enthusiastic about helping patients recover from post stroke disorder such as dysfunction of movement, sense, speech and swallow function.
Yun Liu (Amy) is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in the areas of Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She is a member of Australian National Therapist Association (ANTA).
Amy received her Master degree in Acupuncture in 2004.
Amy is specially interested in the treatment of plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, shin splint, Morton’s neuroma, ankle sprain, TMJ, insomnia, anxiety, headaches, back pain, nerve impingement, fertility, period pain, endometriosis, PCOS.
She is also particularly experienced in dealing with tennis elbow, asthma, pneumonia, digestive disorder, bed wetting, tics, scoliosis, wellbeing and body adjustment.
Amy is passionate to her practice and is keen to help improve people’s qualify of life, which has been very rewarding for her.
Amy continues to expand her knowledge by regularly attending Traditional Chinese Medicine seminars and workshops both in Australia and overseas since she graduated from university.
